The NY-NJ ASM Chapter will again offer their one-day seminar entitled, “How Engineers Can Start and Manage Their Own Business. It will be held on Saturday, April 1 2006, from 8:30AM-1:00PM. The cost will be $80; or $40 for students, unemployed and retired members. The location of the course is the Engineering Building Room 143 at Stony Brook University, and there is parking on-campus.
If you register and pay in advance, full-price attendees can deduct ten dollars and reduced price attendees can deduct five dollars. All paid registrants will receive a copy of the course notes, approximately 100 pages.
This course was offered last year and so many people signed up that we didn’t have enough room for everyone. Be sure to register and pay as soon as possible for this course to ensure a place. Lecture 4;11:30-12;30PM; Ten ways to market your products successfully and ten characteristics of successful companies.
Registration will begin at 8:00AM. All registrants will receive a copy of a 100-page book entitled, "The Entreprenurial Engineer"
