Vaccum Chucks

Many different models have been made over the years and we can make them to fit your needs.  Typical vacuum chucks are made from aluminum, and are 4 inches square (100 x 100 mm).  The basic model comes with one valve and holds one sized samples as shown in Chuck-A1 with the 4" wafer below.  Price is $595.  Other examples are shown and cost more.

Vacuum chucks can be made for multiple samples over a wide size range.  Prices for the various models are based upon its size, complexity, and number of input valves.
