Sample Holder Chucks

Many different models have been made over the years and we can make them to fit your needs.  The fist set are vacuum chucks, labeled Chuck A1- A4.  These are all aluminum squares and are 4 inches square (100 x 100 mm).  The basic model comes with one valve and holds one sized samples as shown in Chuck-A1 with the 4" wafer below.  Other examples, such as Chuck A2 - Chuck A4 are shown and can hold multiple sample sizes. ​Prices for the various models are based upon its size, complexity, and number of input valves.  Please contact us for configuration and pricing.

Two new types of Sample Holders are identified by Chuck B and Chuck C.  With Chuck B, the sample is held by a movable plate that has an overhang to keep the sample fixed. Chuck B is ideal for thin and small samples, such as chip pieces, CMOS chips, etc.  Sample shape is not a limiting factor; the sample shape can be square, rectangular, circular, or even oddly shaped.  Chuck C is designed for rods, or other long geometries.  Please contact us for pricing.
